BEFORE YOUR SESSION
-
Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before your massage.
-
Take a shower, preferably a warm one, to help prepare your body for the session. Available in our facilities.
-
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to your appointment.
-
Avoid heavy makeup and strong perfumes.
-
Always inform the staff about any health issues (e.g., almond allergy — most of our oils contain almond oil — injuries, surgeries, etc.) and if you feel unwell before or during the massage.
-
Respect your therapists and follow their instructions. Do not place them in uncomfortable situations and avoid inappropriate behavior.
AFTER YOUR SESSION:
-
If you had a sports massage or deep tissue massage, it is completely normal to experience some soreness afterwards and for a couple of days.
-
Rest and relax, allowing your body time to recover, especially after an intensive treatment.
-
Drink plenty of water to help flush out the toxins released during the massage.
